I have purchased several properties in the United States and have rarely found anyone else as accommodating as you and your staff. In particular, Gabriela Medrano was extremely helpful. She kept me up to date via pictures as the home was being built, helped start the Trust process, advised me on getting my FM-3 and assisted in opening a bank account. In addition, she assisted me in completing some tile work after I moved in as well as helped me with getting mini-splits purchased and installed.

Isabel was also very helpful. It would have been very frustrating if she had not arranged for propane, water and electrical billing, and obtaining and installing water filters.

All in all, a very good experience with the Impulsa staff being professional and helpful at all time. I would recommend the Impulsa Group to anyone purchasing property in Mazatlan or elsewhere in Mexico.
